GUFI updates

This page will shows the release notes for the new GUFI versions, starting from the 2.1.

Improved single scan fit visualization in threshold scan
New data format in acquisition: RUN_$run number$/SubRUN_$sub run number$_GEMROC_$gemroc number$_$mode TL or TM$.dat for data and similar for logs.
Added configuration log containing all the configuration parameters for GEMROC, TIGER and channel for each acquisition subrun
Improved the fit on the baseline after the threshold scan, making it more robust:
- If the fit doesn't converge or the median value is above 63, the median value will be set at first value of threshold above 1000 and the sigma at 1
- Loading the fit, if the fit product sigma*number of sigmas is below 1, it will be set at 1.
- This should solve problems of high count rate from channels with very low noise
Implemented function to load the TP values from the calibration (button in "noise measure too" window)
Now to start the TP from the GEMROC one only need to click on "Start TP" in the "noise measure tool "window

Big work on the fitting in the noise measure tool
Imported TP settings from the calibration dictionary
Add the possibility to add quickly specific setting for a certain TIGER. Now used for TP settings. Syntax ex.:

Tab to display GEMROC firmware and IVT reading
Tab with advanced threshold settings, up to now:
- An easy place to set the thresholds
- Calculate the threshold position in fC (care, the baseline position is not always well determined, measure for noisy chip not precise)
Added message fields also in the "command" section (but still not in use)
